Our shelves are always evolving, with new finds and seasonal favourites arriving throughout the year. 05. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A full refund or exchange will be provided if the product is damaged or defective upon opening and returned within 14 days of purchase.
For returns made for any other reason, store credit will be issued within 14 days of purchase. Under exceptional circumstances, the 14-day return period may be extended up to 30 days.
Items of a personal nature, including but not limited to soap, deodorant, room sprays and earrings, are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
